Cookies: the full list

An ordinary visit to tiklive.eu sets no cookie at all. Not one. What follows is the list of everything that can be written to your device, under what conditions, and for how long.
Why there is no banner
A consent banner is required as soon as a site sets an audience-measurement, advertising or social-network tracker. There is none here: no Google Analytics, no Matomo, no Facebook pixel, no ad network, no tracking share button.
Everything that remains — the chosen language, the sign-in session, the support chat thread — falls under the exemptions in Article 82 of the French Data Protection Act: trackers strictly necessary for a service you asked for yourself. The CNIL expressly exempts them from consent.
Showing a banner to ask for permission we do not need would be a mistake: it trains people to click without reading, and it protects nobody.
1. Cookies that are set
None of these cookies is set on arrival. Each one waits for a specific action.

2. Browser local storage
Local storage is not a cookie: it is never sent with requests to the server. It stays on your device and only leaves your browser if the page code reads it in order to send it.

Full transparency: the contact bubble token is created as soon as the home page loads, before you even open the chat window, because the bubble asks the server whether anyone is available. It is a random identifier, tied to no account and to no other data, used only to find an already-open support conversation. Creating it only at the first message is an identified fix.
3. Third-party cookies
There are none.
The site loads its typefaces from Google Fonts. That load sets no cookie, but it passes your IP address to Google: it is a data transfer, not a tracker, and it is described in the privacy policy. Self-hosting those fonts is on the list of things to fix.
Payments happen on Stripe and PayPal pages, not on tiklive.eu. Their own cookies are set on their side, under their own policy, and only once you reach their payment page.
4. How to take back control
Since there is nothing to refuse, there is no settings panel to offer you. You can still clear everything at any time.
- Clear cookies and site data for tiklive.eu from your browser settings: the language falls back to your system language and the support conversation is forgotten.
- Browse in a private window: nothing is kept once it is closed. The site works normally.
- Block local storage: the site remains usable. Every write is wrapped in a guard, a storage error breaks nothing.
5. If this changes
The day an audience-measurement or advertising tool is added, this page would be updated and a consent banner would appear before anything is set, with refusing as easy as accepting. As long as this page says there is no tracker, there is none.
